• To be included in the Competition, you need to Register as a Consultant no later than 31 May 2023.

• The Company’s decision is final, and winners will be announced in October 2023. Only primary school children can be entered.

• Only one registration per Student allowed. 

• I herewith give permission that if I am a Winner that I can be photographed, and images used in marketing material of Healthgarde in line with the POPI act.

• Winning students are responsible for their own travel to and from the Healthgarde Convention, with all other costs covered by Healthgarde.

• Winners agree to be photographed with Tendai Mtawarira and to use images responsibly to portray Healthgarde and Mr Mtawarira, as well as your College professionally and in line with the POPI Act. If not, legal action might follow.

• Students agree to be contacted by Healthgarde to be invited to Healthgarde events.
